Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) signed an agreement with the Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation, providing clarity for the company's exploration and development of its tenements in Ngadju country in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement, signed on behalf of the Ngadju people, covers the Jeffreys Find gold mine and other tenements in the Norseman and Widgiemooltha districts, the filing said. It also includes any tenements the company may acquire in the future.
Shares fell past 1% in afternoon trade Monday.
