Concord New Energy Group's Subsidiaries to Sell, Leaseback Assets

Concord New Energy Group's (HKG:0182) two subsidiaries agreed to sell and lease back certain power station-related facilities and equipment from two certain parties, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Fengning Manchu Autonomous County Juting New Energy Development, a subsidiary, agreed to sell certain auxiliary facilities of all solar power equipment of the 200 Megawatt photovoltaic power station in Hebei Province to China Resources Financial Leasing for 300 million yuan.

The same subsidiary will then lease the said facilities back from China Resources Financial Leasing for a term of 15 years, and for a lease payment equivalent to the purchase price plus an applicable market interest rate.

Yilan County Incremental Mixed-Ownership New Energy, another subsidiary, agreed to sell certain wind power equipment used for the 200 megawatt wind power project in Heilongjiang Province to Shanghai Yuexiu Financial Leasing for 271.3 million yuan.

It will then lease the said equipment back from Shanghai Yuexiu Financial Leasing for a term of 15 years and, for a lease payment equivalent to the purchase price plus an applicable market interest rate.
