Realord Group (HKG:1196) has completed the sale of 75% equity interest in department store operator Sincere (HKG:0244) to Manureen Holdings for HK$387.8 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the disposal in November.
