Castellum (CTM) said Friday it priced its public offering of nearly 4.4 million shares at $0.85 per share, for expected gross proceeds of about $3.7 million.
Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, Castellum said.
The closing of the offering is expected on or about Dec. 30, the company added.
