Rizhao Port Jurong (HKG:6117) renewed an operation outsourcing agreement with Rizhao Port Lanshan Port Services for a three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2027, a Dec. 27 bourse filing said.
The renewal will enable the company to continue procuring stevedoring, storage, and delivery services of grain cargoes from Rizhao Port Lanshan Port Services in the Lanshan port area.
Rizhao Port Lanshan Port Services is a unit of Rizhao Port (SHA:600017), which is a controlling shareholder of Rizhao Port Jurong.
