Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) said late Friday it has acquired a Burger King property in Virginia for $1.7 million.
The property operates under a corporate long-term triple-net lease with 13 years remaining. The deal was secured at a 7.0% cap rate on rent, excluding transaction costs.
