Liu Lit Chi resigned as Liu Chong Hing Investment's (HKG:0194) managing director effective Tuesday while retaining his roles as chairman, CEO, and an executive director, a same-day bourse filing said.

Executive Director Liu Kam Fai Winston has also resigned as the deputy managing director of the property developer effective the same day.

The firm has decided that the duties of the managing director and deputy managing director will be performed by its executive directors effective Tuesday.

Executive Director Winston Liu has also been named as the company's vice chairman.
