AP Rentals Holdings (HKG:1496) subsidiary AP Rentals entered into a three-year lease agreement with TMK (Holdings), according to a Tuesday release.

The deal covers the lease of a yard located in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong from Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2027.

The quarterly rent was set at HK$680,000.

AP Rentals can renew the lease for another two years at a renewal quarterly rent between HK$680,000 and HK$748,000.

AP Rentals will use the yard for storing and maintaining its machines.
