EzFill Finalizes Purchase of 73 Trucks, Six Storage Tanks From Shell

EzFill Holdings (EZFL) said Friday it finalized the purchase of 73 trucks and six atmospheric storage tanks from Shell Retail and Convenience Operations, a unit of Shell Oil Products US.

The company agreed to pay $4.8 million for the trucks and $80,000 for the tanks, with about $380,000 downpayment having been made last month, it said in a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Shares of EzFill were up 2.5% in recent trading.
