Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) said Chen Jing resigned as the company's chief financial officer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Zeng Zhizhao will succeed Chen as the CFO. Most recently, Zeng has been the general manager of the finance departments of Guangzhou Yue Xiu Holdings, Yue Xiu Enterprises (Holdings), and Guangzhou Yue Xiu Enterprises Holdings since March 2024.

Meanwhile, Zhu Huisong was re-designated as the vice chairman of the board. All changes are effective Dec. 31, 2024.
