Integral Ad Science (IAS) appointed board member Jill Putman as interim chief financial officer, effective immediately.
She succeeds Tania Secor, who resigned to pursue new opportunities, the company said Friday in a statement. A search is underway for a permanent CFO.
The company reaffirmed Q4 and 2024 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance announced in November.
The company expects Q4 revenue of $148 million to $150 million and 2024 revenue of $525 million to $527 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet forecast $149 million in Q4 and $529.9 million in 2024.
Shares of the company fell 5.3% in recent after-hours trading.
