JB Hi-Fi (ASX:JBH) said State Street and its subsidiaries increased their stake in the company to 6.92% on Monday, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The American financial services company and its units became JB HI-FI's substantial shareholder on June 7, 2022, holding 5.7 million shares representing a 5.21% voting power, a separate filing showed.
