JCurve Solutions (ASX:JCS) acquired Rapid eSuite's Singapore business, including existing customers and pipeline for nominal consideration of SG$1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Rapid eSuite's Suresh Kalpathy and Prasad Karthikeyan accepted leadership positions within the company's Singapore operations as part of the transaction, the filing said.
