Seacon Shipping Group (HKG:2409) said the dispatch of the circular regarding the purchase of a vessel will be delayed as the company needs additional time to finalize certain required information, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company also applied to the stock exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with the relevant regulations, for an extension of the deadline for the circular dispatch on or before Feb. 25.
