MultiSensor AI (MSAI) said late Monday it promoted Vice President and Controller Robert Nadolny to serve as chief financial officer.

The supplier of multi-sensor systems said Chief Financial Officer Peter Baird will transition to the role of chief commercial officer.

MultiSensor AI also said Steve Winch will step down from his role as president but will continue to serve on the company's board of directors.

Shares were up 87% in recent premarket activity.
