China Industrial Securities International Financial Group's (HKG:6058) indirect unit, CISI Investment, purchased $20 million of certain bonds from the market for around $20.9 million on Jan. 3, a Monday bourse filing said.
The bonds comprise a $2.75 billion issue of 5.819% bonds by Bank of America, maturing on Sept. 15, 2029.
The bonds have been acquired for investment purposes, according to the securities broker.
