CISI Fin Unit Sells $14.5 Million of Bonds

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment sold $14.5 million of bonds on the market for $14.9 million on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The 5.35% bonds were issued by the Hong Kong branch of China Life Insurance (Overseas) and will fall due on Aug. 15, 2033.

The securities broker will use proceeds from the disposal for general working capital.
