Real Good Food (RGF) said Monday it received a notice from the Nasdaq that its securities will be suspended from trading on Tuesday and will subsequently be delisted.

The delisting is a result of the company's inability to comply with the exchange's requirement to file periodic financial reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Real Good Food said Monday.

The shares are expected to start trading on the OTC's Pink Open Market on Tuesday and may ultimately move to the Expert Market tier, according to the company.

Shares of the company dropped 9% in recent Monday trading.
