Sony Honda Mobility (SHM), a joint venture between Sony(TYO:6758) and Honda (TYO:7267), has announced their new electric car brand, Afeela, according to a statement on Monday.

The first model, Afeela 1, is scheduled for production in Ohio and sales in California in 2025, with deliveries starting in mid-2026.

Afeela 1 will be available in two trims, starting at $89,900 and including a 3-year subscription for certain features.
