Medalist Diversified Increases Dividend by 8.3%

Medalist Diversified raised its dividend by half a cent, to 6.5 cents.

The new dividend, equal to 26 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 2% based on Tuesday's closing price of $12.98.

The Richmond, Va., real-estate investment trust said the higher dividend will be paid Jan. 23 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 20.
