Keybridge Capital (ASX:KBC) raised AU$142,000 through the issue of 2.6 million shares at AU$0.055 each, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The investment and financial services group also called for a general meeting on Feb. 3, to consider, among other matters, the ratification of the share placement and to receive shareholder approval to raise a further AU$1.6 million from related parties, the filing said.
