CISI Financial (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment purchased two bonds denominated in US dollars and renminbi, according to separate filings with the Hong Kong stock exchange Wednesday.
CISI Investment subscribed for $10 million of bonds on Tuesday as part of a $400 million issuance by Henan Railway Construction & Investment Group and a fixed rate of 4.8%, the company said.
The unit also subscribed for 50 million yuan of bonds as part of a 371 million yuan issuance by Linzhou City Investment Holding with a fixed rate of 7.5% per annum.
Both bonds mature Jan. 10, 2028.
