EMX Royalty (EMX) said Wednesday it has executed four option agreements with Pacific Ridge Exploration to sell four projects in the US.
The projects are the Ripsey West, Royston, Red Star, and Mineral Hill assets in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, respectively, EMX said.
Under the agreements, EMX will get cash payments, a stake in Pacific Ridge, and required work commitments during the earn-in period, the company said.
EMX shares were 2.1% lower in recent trading.
