Establishment Labs Founder Juan Jose Chacon-Quiros Retiring as CEO

Establishment Labs Holdings' founder and chief executive, Juan Jose Chacon-Quiros, is retiring on March 1 after two decades at the helm of the medical-device company.

Establishment Labs on Monday said Peter Caldini, who joined the Costa Rica-based company as president in August 2024, will step in as interim CEO.

Establishment Labs said Chacon-Quiros, who founded the company in 2004, will remain as a member of the board and as an adviser.
