Centuria Capital Group's (ASX:CNI) real estate finance division, Centuria Bass Credit, received a AU$100 million senior secured commitment from investment bank UBS, increasing its debt warehouse facility to around AU$285 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Centuria Bass increased its assets under management by 45% year-on-year to AU$2.3 billion, the filing said.
Centuria Capital Group's shares fell nearly 2% in morning trade Monday.
