Comtech Telecommunications (CMTL) said Monday that its board named Ken Traub as president and chief executive officer, succeeding John Ratigan, with immediate effect.

Traub joined the board on Oct. 31 and became executive chairman on Nov. 27, the company said.

Shares fell 44% following a jump in intraday trading volume to over 3.59 million from a daily average of about 507,000.

SRIVARU Holding Ltd (SVMH) said Monday that it will implement a share consolidation at a ratio of 50-for-1, effective Jan. 15, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum $1.00 bid price per share requirement.

Shares sank 37%, with intraday trading volume surging to over 145.4 million versus a daily average of about 111.1 million.

Nature's Miracle Holding (NMHI) disclosed Monday a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor, allowing the company to sell up to $29.7 million of a newly designated class of convertible preferred stock.

Shares plunged 36% as intraday trading volume totaled over 559,000 shares compared with the stock's daily average of about 1.8 million.
