Tibet Summit Resources (SHA:600338) plans to donate 3.4 million yuan to aid Shigatse, Tibet, following a magnitude 6.8 earthquake on Jan. 7, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Approved by the board on Jan. 10, the funds will support emergency relief, livelihood assistance, and reconstruction. The board authorized the chairman to implement the donation.
