Littelfuse said its president and chief executive, David Heinzmann, is retiring after four decades with the industrial technology manufacturing company.
Littelfuse on Monday said Greg Henderson, a member of the board since May 2023, will succeed Heinzmann as president and CEO of the Rosemont, Ill., company on Feb. 10.
Henderson, 56 years old, most recently served as senior vice president of the automotive & energy, communications and aerospace group for Analog Devices.
Littelfuse said Henderson will receive an initial base salary of $1 million a year and an annual bonus with a target of 125% of his base pay.
Littelfuse said Heinzmann, who joined the company in 1985 and has been president and CEO since January 2017, will remain on the board through April and will serve as an adviser through Aug. 10.
