Zhejiang Jinke Tom Culture Industry (SHE:300459) renewed a mutual insurance relationship with Zhejiang Times Jintai Environmental Protection Technology, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Saturday.
Under the deal, Jinke Tom Culture and its subsidiaries agreed to continue receiving guarantees of up to 1 billion yuan from the environmental protection and swimming pool equipment maker.
The Chinese entertainment content producer will also continue to provide free guarantees of up to 750 million yuan to Times Jintai and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Feida Environmental Protection Materials.
Guarantee methods will include credit guarantees, equity pledges, asset pledges and deposit certificate pledges.
Jinke Tom's shares fell 2% in recent trade.
