Kinetic Development Group (HKG:1277) completed the acquisition of the entire 100% stake in Seedlife Holding from Seedland Smart Service Group for 423 million yuan, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The company reached an acquisition agreement with the vendor and concerned parties in September 2024. The transfer, however, faced registration-related delays.

The Seedlife acquisition is part of the company's efforts to replace all or part of assets linked to its 2023 property purchase deal that has been facing registration delays.
