FIGS (FIGS) has rejected an unsolicited acquisition proposal from Story3 Capital Partners.

The company's board, along with a special committee of independent directors and advisors, evaluated the proposal and decided to move forward with its current standalone business plan, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.
