Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) (HKG:2252) has renewed catering services and property management services framework agreements with MicroPort Sinica for the three years ending Dec. 31, 2027, a Jan. 17 bourse filing said.

MicroPort Sinica is a wholly-owned unit of MicroPort Scientific, one of the controlling shareholders of Shanghai MicroPort MedBot.

Under the catering service contract, the MicroPort Scientific group will provide catering services and beverages to the employees of Shanghai MicroPort MedBot.

Under the second renewed contract, the MicroPort Scientific group will provide property management services for the offices and production premises of the medical device maker.
