Hearts and Minds Investments (ASX:HM1) revalued its investment in Rokt from $25 per share to $35 per share, following Rokt's completed secondary transaction of about $335 million, according to an Australian bourse filing.
Its investment in Rokt represents about 3.9% of its total investment portfolio, following the reevaluation.
Hearts and Minds acquired its stake in Rokt at $25 per share in January 2023 and the revaluation represents an unrealized gain on the investment of 61% since purchase.
The reevaluation increment represents a AU$0.04 increase in Hearts and Minds's net asset value, the filing added.
