Iron Road (ASX:IRD) advanced its slurry transport study, part of a scoping study, at the Central Eyre iron project in South Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

A study being conducted by contractor WSP showed that a finer-grind iron product of 70% iron may be more amenable for a potential 130-kilometer slurry transport structure, the filing said.
