ESR-REIT distribution per unit or DPU was down nearly 16% year over year to SG$0.0097 in the second half of 2024 from SG$0.01186 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The amount available for distribution was down 15% year over year to SG$77.8 million from SG$91.2 million a year earlier.
Net property income came in at SG$133.8 million from SG$132.3 million in the comparable period.
Gross revenue remained largely stable year over year to SG$189.6 million from SG$189.5 million in the year-ago period, mainly due to the divestment of non-core assets of around SG$440.6 million in 2023.
The REIT registered a stable 92.3% occupancy.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
