RF Acquisition (RFAC) said late Thursday it has received stockholder approval for its proposed business combination with Asian video game distributor and publisher GCL Global.
The blank-check company expects the deal to close in the coming weeks.
Following the deal's completion, RF Acquisition and GCL will become a 100%-owned unit of GCL Global. That company's shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the trading symbols GCL and GCLW, respectively.
