Compania de Minas Buenaventura (BVN) said Thursday it has launched a cash tender offer for any and all of its 5.5% senior notes due 2026.

The offer is scheduled to expire at 5 pm ET Jan. 29, unless extended or earlier terminated, the company said.

The company's shares were down over 2% in recent trading.
