BSP Financial Group (ASX:BFL) named Glen Skarott as its Group Chief Financial Officer, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Skarott most recently served as an executive director, and global head of finance at Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG), the filing said.

Skarott will succeed Maryann Lameko-Vaai, who was appointed as the group's Chief Auditor.

Both appointments will be effective in the first quarter, subject to regulatory approvals, per the filing.
