Terramin Australia (ASX:TZN) said the Supreme Court of South Australia has dismissed its application for a judicial review of the state's refusal to grant a mining lease and miscellaneous license for the company's Bird in Hand Gold Project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Court also supported the Governor's move to reserve the area under the Mining Act, the filing said.
Terramin plans to appeal the ruling, the filing added.
