Pure Hydrogen (ASX:PH2) said its majority-owned unit, HDrive International, confirmed the sale of two hydrogen fuel cell prime movers to logistics firm TOLL Transport, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The order is part of a broader package valued at over AU$2 million, and the delivery of the prime movers is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025, the filing said.
The order follows two separate agreements with Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club for zero-emission vehicles as well as associated refueling hydrogen infrastructure, with the total revenue expected to be about AU$9.4 million, the filing said.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Thursday trade.
