4DMedical (ASX:4DX) signed a commercial contract with Qscan Radiology Clinics following a pilot program of the company's products with Qscan, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Qscan will provide the company's respiratory imaging solutions at select practices in Brisbane, Queensland under the deal, the filing said.

The reports will be delivered and billed on a software-as-a-service model, in line with the terms of the company's other commercial partners, per the filing.

4DMedical's shares rose past 6% in morning trade Friday.
