Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) said the portfolio valuation of its investment properties in Australia decreased by AU$99 million or down 4.5% as of Dec. 31, 2024, compared with its prior valuation on June. 30, 2024, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
This follows a reduction in valuation by AU$115.5 million or 5% as of June. 30, 2024, the filing said.
