Szyman is well respected and overall a good fit given her experience in bringing valuable sector specific knowledge, the analysts say. Her established relationships with key stakeholders and credibility within the industry can help to improve Masimo's growth, too, as the company continues to evaluate a potential separation of its consumer business, the analysts add. "We believe that her appointment will help in retaining and attracting key talent as well as rebuilding investor confidence after a couple of tumultuous years at the company."
