Myer Holdings (ASX:MYR)'s acquisition of apparel brands from Premier Investments (ASX:PMV) was completed on Sunday, according to filings with the Australian bourse on Tuesday.

It acquired Just Group, which consists of five apparel brands including, Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti, and Jacqui E, the filing said.

Myer shareholders and Premier shareholders approved the deal on Jan. 23.

The consideration of 890.5 million new, fully paid ordinary shares in Myer is expected to be issued by Myer to Premier on Wednesday.

Premier shares fell almost 1% in early trading on Tuesday.
