TrickleStar (SGX:CYW) disclosed a proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue, offering up to 67.4 million shares at SG$0.015 per share, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Shareholders will be entitled to subscribe to four rights shares for every five shares held, with fractional entitlements disregarded.

The record date for determining entitlements is set for Jan. 21. Shares will trade on a "cum-rights" basis until Jan.17 and "ex-rights" from Jan. 20. The company intends to raise funds to strengthen its capital base.
