EBR Systems (ASX:EBR) secured an 11-year commercial lease agreement for a 51,000 square feet facility in California, expanding its manufacturing capabilities, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Rent will begin in January 2026 and will be paid on a monthly basis, starting with 20,000 square feet in the first year, 30,000 square feet in the second year, 40,000 square feet in the third year, and 51,136 square feet in the fourth year, and thereafter, the filing said.
The company plans to upgrade and qualify the facility, expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, per the filing.
Shares rose 4% in morning trade Monday.
