Jan 27 - (The Insurer) - Philadelphia-based (re)insurance broker Protecdiv has appointed former QBE North America executive Denise Hunter as executive vice president of strategic partner development.
Hunter joins Protecdiv after three years at QBE North America, where she most recently served as AVP and business development leader.
Before that, she spent nearly five years at Zurich North America as a business development leader. Earlier in her career, she held roles at AIG and Crum & Forster.
In her new role, Hunter will focus on building and strengthening relationships with global insurers and reinsurers while driving collaborative solutions to serve Fortune 2000 companies, mortgage and credit risk holders, and public entities, said the company in a statement.
Founded in 2018, Protecdiv is a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) owned, operated, and controlled by minority group members, specialising in property and casualty insurance and reinsurance.
