Xinming China (HKG:2699) has delayed the dispatch of a circular regarding a capital reorganization and rights issue to Feb. 22 from Jan. 24 previously, a Jan. 24 bourse filing stated.
The postponement will give the expressway and highway construction firm additional time to finalize certain information to be included in the circular, the filing said.
The company announced the 100-for-1 share consolidation as part of the capital reorganization and a four-for-one rights issue in December 2024.
