Clime Capital (ASX:CAM) said its board intends to declare a fully franked March quarter dividend of at least AU$0.0135 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company reported retained profit reserves of AU$37.3 million as of Dec. 31, 2024, and a positive franking credit balance, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in recent Thursday trade.
