EDA Group Holdings' (HKG:2505) California, U.S. unit EDA International agreed to lease certain premises in Texas, the U.S. from Thomson Logistics Assets, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The premises have 373,860 square feet of space and are located at 2244 North Mason Road, Katy, Texas, U.S.

The lease has a term of 65 months and the total base rent for the lease tenure comes in at $10.8 million. An additional rent will also be charged for all payables other than the base rent, including operating costs, taxes, insurance, and the cost of jointly metered utilities payables.
